I have many problems common to older guys like myself. Dr. Wright has been a godsend in that he is a careful and accurate diagnostician. He not only listens, but, unlike too many other physicians, he will explain and discuss treatment options. His availability is awesome and it is a pleasure to work with him in an effort to maintain my good health. He ranks way up there in my opinion.

Five years ago I was desperately looking for a primary care physician bein most disappointed with my previous one. My health is not the best, and I was feeling really stressed, trying to figure out what to do. So I scanned the Yellow Pages and found one of the local doctors, conviently located, so I figured I'd give him a try. One of the smartest things I ever did! Following are the attritubes that makes this physician the outstanding one he is.1. An excellent listener who considers your suggestions when caring for you. 2. Goes beyond the call of duty in many circumstances..3, PERSONAL service: Dr. Wright personally comes to the phone for your call if that is desired or needed. 4. Front-Desk Assistants: polite, friendly, and efficient -- to a person. 5. Long Work Days: later hours, making it convenient to get there after work, plus half-days on Saturdays. AND conviently located, bus stops within feet of the building, and t el train is not far away.6. Extremely thorough and caring, has excellent diagnostic abilities.7. Fair fees.8. A rarity in today's world having ALL of the above qaulities/services and making Dr. Wright, in my opinion and experience, outstanding. My only regret is that I didn't find him 20 years earlier. There's no substitue for quality!

I decided to try TS Wright because he is in my health providers network. My deductible had not been met and they waited 9 months then sent the bill directly to a debt collector. I called his office and spoke to Sandy in billing. I asked her " Why didn't they just send me the bill? " She replied " We sent three notices." I had not received a single one. When challenged she lied again and said all three were returned by the post office. I verified my address with her. Told her " I'm never going there again". I'm telling everyone I can." Her only reply was " Go ahead, there is nothing we can do, deal with the bill collector." I did not like the treatment received from her and it ruined any chance of my returning to a neighborhood clinic.

While I am sure Dr. Wright is a fantastic physician in some people's eyes, by experiences were less than pleasent. Two of the 4 nurses I met at first were borderline rude, when I went in to get a physical the nurse pulled the apparatus out of a drawer that looked like the junk drawer in my desk, it still had old tubing attached to it which is a bit scary, she didn't wear gloves, and was covered in tattoos, she missed my veins 4 times when NEVER have I had a missed vein, obviously a new nurse. The Dr. coughed on my arm then was less than informative about what he was doing and why and when I asked politely what's going on, I was met with resistance. Will be changing providers immediately.

My family has been going to Dr Wright since this office opened. He is the son of Dr Wright Sr. and took over his practice in the 1980's. He is a WONDERFUL Doctor, very through and caring. He is a somewhat quiet and mild mannered man, but very knowledgable. I would highly recommend this Doctor to everyone.
