I was trying to add some equipment to my AV set up and I was really struggling. My son usually helps me and he was away, so I was just trying to figure things out myself. I knew I needed some cable, so I went down to the local RadioShack.. the one at the corner of Kimball and Lincoln, just across from the Home Depot.



I was pleasantly surprised by the help I got there. The manager was very helpful, answered my questions, and even wrote me a little diagram so that I knew what to place where. I needed a few things, bought them, and hooked it up..and everything worked! My son later told me that I got exactly the right stuff at the RadioShack.



I'm so glad to know that the Radioshack in my neighborhood is so helpful.
