Very nice place, they have huge selection. I was looking for gel memory foam type of mattress. Having so many places checked out on the internet and regular stores before, with incredible expensive prices, I visited Comfort Mattress on 3935 West Irving Park Road. I did not have much expectations, however, I was really happy that they had what I was looking for my budget..10 Inch queen gel memory foam mattress, it is very comfortable, I paid at least 60% less than other chain stores! And best of all it is made in USA, I like stores selling USA products, love it love it! I recommend this place to everyone

Very Nice Quality Stuff! My sister purchased a nice looking European Sectional Sofa Sleeper With Storage Leather Type that does not hold any moisture. I have never seen anything like this type of furniture any where else!. I am little heavier person and bought a double sided commercial grade Queen mattress set with extra edge support, this mattress is so strong and guaranteed for 15 years by the manufacturer, I know it will last me for a long time. Sales person was very knowledgeable, not pushy. Having a lot of recommendations by him that was very helpful and lead me to make a great purchase in this store. And everything delivered in 2 hours! Highly recommended, will shop here again

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! This place has THE WORST customer service I've ever experienced. The so-called manager was rude, impolite and unaccomodating. After not being able to fit a box spring down the stairs, he actually accussed me of knowing that it wouldn't fit, but having him deliver it anyway. So, he shortchanged me my money back and refused to refund me the full refund, all the while arguing with me and being incredibly rude. (oh, he said he would go head to head on the internet and prove all the mistakes I made when I wrote this review) Who does that, what happened to the customer is always right and following through on 'deals' promised??? BEWARE of this place!!!
