I have 2 cars and I have been washing them at this car wash for years now. There always have been some problems with the equipment, but I have overlooked them due to convenient location.

One of those problems are that the air pressure machine doesn't have enough pressure to pump your tires. You would have to put money more than once, if you want to get your tires pumped.

The vacuum cleaners are often too full and don't have enough suction to grab heavier particle. Often times you have to try more than one, until you find one that has been cleaned. The problem with that is that every try cost you money, so you can spend good $3 to find a vacuum that cleans.

One time a friend of mine, who is not from the area asked me where he could get a wash, we went there. He deposited two times $5 and nothing. The auto-car wash didn't work. It was 9 pm and there were no workers to refund our money or address the problem. Let's just say that I was super embarrassed that I had suggested to go there.

Finally, brushes have always been very old and often times would leave trace marks from the rubber part because the hairs are worn off. Thankfully those rubber marks come off , but you have to take a rug and do a check of the entire car and clean them off. Due to the fact that I live 3 mins away from the wash, I have overlooked these problems and kept on going back. And I would have continued to do so, if it wasn't for the problem I encounter a week ago on Friday 07/05.

I went into the hand wash stall and saw that the brushes have been change, I was excited. I deposit the coins brushed my car, the brush worked fine. Once I ran off of coins, the brush tip connection to the handle became soft. The brush was swiveling around, so it began much more difficult to brush, but I still had spots that needed to brush and there was enough soap on the car. This doesn't sound all that bad, but when I rinsed my car I discover that the brush had scratched my car. There were deep scratches all over the places where I bushed after my coins ran off. I grabbed the brush and saw that the connection between the brush tip and handle is made of rough material which had caused the scratches.

I baby and clean my car like no other. While I can afford to pay $20 to get it washed by others, no one cleans my car better than me. This is the reason why I do it myself. Thus, prior to this occurrence I had zero scratches on my car. I was furious. I complained to the workers there and they gave me the owners phone number. I called him explained the situation and he told me he can't do anything at the moment, but he promised to check the camera recordings and the brushes. He said he will contact me afterwards.

It has been over a week and I have not heard from him. I have a feeling I will not hear from him again. While I am never going back there, I felt obligated to warn other people about this.
