Very unreliable, unprofessional. Two weeks ago, my wife had tooth fillings with them, not balance, not smooth at all. And today we have a appointment at 4:00pm for a kid. By the time we walk in, there are only one parent with two kids in waiting, and I signed the check in board and sat to wait. There are at least 7 or 8 parents with kids came after us, and there are some of them just walk in, because they are new and need to fill the information. We been wait for a hour and half, all the people came after us already called inside and some already left, and I asked the front desk why people came after us and go first? And they said my kid need some special treatment and have to wait another 15 minutes, but my kid just for tooth fillings, that is what the appointment for. Another 20 minutes, still no response. If all walk in, new customers go first, why need to appointment? End up, just waste two hours waiting. Will not return again. If any of you need for reliable, professional dental, go somewhere else.
