Don't go to this car wash. The manager, white, blonde and short needs some customer service training even though he works in a garage. I paid $22 dollars for a Superior Wash, which I though included the outside of the SUV and the inside of the SUV. The outside was great, the inside was not cleaned and my carpet was not vacuumed neither was the mats removed and cleaned. I asked the manager on duty if someone could clean the cup holder and wipe the dash board and vacuum the carpet. He said No to the carpet being vacuumed, but he would have someone wipe the cup holder out. He told me that my car needed to be detailed because the chips were embedded in the carpet. I then reached down and picked up a chip and told him that the chips was not embedded in the carpet. He also stated that the Superior Wash was for the OUTSIDE ONLY, INCLUDING THE TIRES. I could have gotten a free was for the outside just by waiting for it to rain. I will never go there again.
