I found SN Cleaing through Google. It caught my attention because there are no hidden fees for pre-treatment for pet stained carpets. other places wanted an extra $0.25 per sq ft. For my carpets, that would have been an extra $50-$70.

From the Emailed estimate I was given to the time I got my receipt, I could not have been more pleased with every aspect of my experience. The man on the phone, after having made my appointment already, called me back just before 9pm that same day because he remembered that I was looking for an earlier appt time and someone else had cancelled. He went that extra mile and I was very impressed.

When George arrived at my home on Saturday morning, he came with a smile (even my cat liked him). He was able to help me get a better deal on a combo cleaning for my sofa and loveseat too! He explained everything and made sure I was content with the price before he started working.

I was sitting in my kitchen trying to keep out of his way. Twice, he came to me with a big grin, asked me to follow him, and he showed me the before and after. What an amazing difference!!! He very familiar with the different fabrics and their stain-resistent qualities. It was also very clear that he cared about the quality of his work, and also about repsecting my home. I will surely be returning to them to get my diningroom chairs cleaned as well as a few mattresses.

I am very happy with SN Cleaning Inc. I had my couches cleaned today and they look great! On top of the great turnout, the team at SNC was very friendly, professional and flexible with my schedule. I called and got an appointment - all in the same day! Although my couches are still drying I am pretty comfortable recommending SN Cleaning for your upholstery cleaning needs.
