Funny how the only "good" review is from an employee. Roman is a failed HVAC contractor that took an office job because he cant hack it in the field.



This company is TERRIBLE to deal with. They have invented NOTHING new whatsoever. Its just plain ole maintenance.

Contractors stay clear from this company worst possible company to ever deal with will totally lowball you and expect great service they don't even deserve a star

We have been working with SMS for close to a year now and have had nothing but efficient and exemplary service. They are always available to take our calls and handle any situation at hand in an immediate manner. Not only are their Customer Services Representations prompt, they are also very friendly and a pleasure to work with!

Wish I could put 0 star. Was supposed to be a sub contractor for a few of there post office locations. Signed contract then I get a call to hold off they didnt fire the old guy yet. Sign another redated contract get the go ahead after several emails and calls to finally get an answer. Show up at the location with 2 trucks and 4 ground crew to do the snow removal and its already done. Call and complain, girl says the other location hasnt been serviced yet she will call them and fix it. Drive to other location and its also plowed. As a small local business I love wasting fuel in 2 trucks and paying 4 guys to do nothing. Really helps my bottom line! Thanks SMS Assist! What a joke. Call and complain again, supposedly district manager will call me back within 24 hours. This was 3 days ago, still no call.

We are a vendor that serviced family dollar stores for several years.Then SMS Assist took over the mangement side for outside services such as lawn care. SMS is terribly disorganized. Contracts mean nothing with them. They have changed agreed upon pricing several times since we have dealt with them. They like ti change the prices while the service season is in progress thinking that the contractor would be hard pressed to find new clients to make up the loss of an SMS contract. We sericed over25 famillar stores. We will be ending the services soon. Due to our experience with SMS we would strongly suggest dealing with another property management company.They will screw you in the long run.

I am a subcontractor for SMS Assist. They have exceedingly low expectations of the work to be done, they let sub quality work be acceptable. They also do not pay their subcontractors what they are contractually obligated to pay. As a business owner, hiring SMS Assist for something as vital as snow removal is risky as there is a good chance your property will not be serviced. When subcontractors don't get paid, they don't show up. Also when they do, the low quality of service expected from SMS almost NEVER meets the expectations of the company that has hired them.
