I had to move my mother to Missouri last week, and they provided me with many options to save money and time. I appreciate you guys, You were awsome.

i hired these guys last week from Chicago to New York and they are really professional ,what can i say the whole process was great from packing to moving and resettling.
just wanted to share my thoughts here coz the experience was awesome no troubles no broken stuff no damages fair price amazing team/ staff they are really really professional. i truly recommend them to move your stuff.

I was so looking forward to an awesome relocation to an new and exciting place. My elder sister had hinted that it was bound to be great new place for me to explore. As I waited for the team to come that morning, I started packaging some of my properties. They found me half way in and helped me wrap some of my things in a safer way. They were very careful and categorical at this stage. During the loading process, it was better. They maintained the same composure and worked with uttermost dedication. With that level of commitment and dedication, they couldn’t have achieved anything short of success. Good well done my friends

Oh boy, we were in a bind and needed to move fast. We had already set up a moving date with another company, but things fell through. We called Smooth Relocation and they were available and put together a crew immediately. I mean IMMEDIATELY! We called at 3:00 pm and the next morning at 8:30 am the crew was there at our doorstep, ready to move us. They didn't try to overcharge us due to the short notice and they were professional from the very first phone call. Their service was great and they were really thorough. They made sure we were comfortable with everything and that they would arrive when scheduled. They were really great to work with. We couldn't be more pleased with the overall service. On time, professional, and really nice guys. What really impressed us the most was a glass shelf in my china cabinet got broken and they actually took it with them and bought back a new glass shelf a few days later. Customer service is A+, We definitely would recommend this company to anyone!

We hired Smooth Relocation Vanlines for our move a few weeks ago. They were just amazing. Most of the times when you hire a moving company, promises are never kept. Not in the case with this company though. When I called them for a quote, they seemed very sincere and gave me a very reasonable quote.Our rep was George and he was just the best!! Their crew arrived very much on time on moving day. All four men were very sincere and skilled. I have a lot of stuff but they didn’t take a long time to finish packing everything. They were very careful while carrying big pieces of furniture out of my house and loading them to the truck. All my belongings had to travel a long way and so I was quite worried how they were going to handle with the journey, but they exceeded my expectations. Thankfully, all my stuffs traveled safely and the delivery was made right on the scheduled date.

I had to use Smooth Relocation Vanlines for my move last week to Florida. From the minute we began working with Smooth Relocation, they were professional, courteous, adaptable and easy to deal with. We were pleased with their quote, it was quite reasonable. The actual moving process was amazingly fast and smooth. The crews were quicker than we thought, as timely as they promised, friendlier than some of our friends, and more diligent than any moving crew I've observed. As a result we have experienced a completely stress-free move and received all my stuffs intact! I would definitely recommend them without any hesitation to anybody I know. Great job well done guys

I haven’t had the best of experiences with moving companies. So, for my last move, I wasn’t going to hire any inefficient moving company. I did my research thoroughly and everything just pointed towards Smooth Relocation Vanlines. I called them and got a quote within 30 minutes. On the moving day, four movers arrived right on time with all their equipment. They packed all my belongings carefully into boxes and then loaded onto the vans. It was such an organized process that it took almost no time. When the delivery was made, nothing was broken or lost. It was by far the easiest and most cost effective relocation of mine.Much kudos Gentlemen!!

Such a pleasure! These guys did a great job on my move from start to finish. Juan and Alex were both very professional and hard working. Tom, my Representative was on the ball ever step of the way and answered all my questions and I asked a lot lol. They were very careful with the furniture and also watched all the walls moving in. All fees were explained up front and were very reasonable. From front office to movers this is a well run company. I will use them again and recommend to everyone I know.

When moving from one state to another it demands professional help at times. That is why I hired professionals. But before hiring any company, I did my research, compared the prices and finally decided to move with Smooth Relocation Vanlines, which proved to be a great decision in the end. These guys moved me in record time and charged a very moderate amount. They were lightning fast, highly skilled and experienced and willing to deliver the best service I could ever hope for. The guys were helpful, responsive, attentive, accommodating and very innovative. I was delighted to receive all my belongings in great condition. To be honest, I can only compliment this company from start to finish.

I scheduled an appointment for a bid a week earlier. When I called to confirm the appointment they did not have me in the system. I had to argue with the supervisor about the fact that this happened. He tried to make it my fault by saying I should have known better since I did not receive an email confirmation. Really a shame that their customer service was horrible. As a super busy person, this really was upsetting.

I went with these movers because they were the only one to send a person to inspect. Once the movers came, they said the guy who came was wrong with the evaluation, and charged us an extra $1000. What's the point of using a professional guy when I could have guessed myself? They said we had extra weight the guy didn't know about. The stuff was already on the truck. So it was like they were holding me for ransom.

Horrible movers. Every thing was damaged and they showed up late, putting us behind on our move and have horrible customer service. STAY AWAY!!!

Never ever uses these guys. They are very sweet to you until they pick up your items and then keep increasing their rates till the point they deliver items to you. My TV was damaged but they took no responsibility for it. Also I was finally billed about 3 times more their initial quote and gave the biggest BS reasons ever! I tried contacting them to pay for the damage costs but they never returned calls.

Do not use this company. They use subcontractors and will not reimburse you for items they break or are stolen. They were 4 days late in picking up my items (through some company they hired) and 8 days late in delivery (through another company they hired to deliver). I am suing them in court now. Please read other reviews on various sites. You will find nothing good about them in most of the reviews.

It took them 20 days to deliver my boxes, it wasn't really furniture. It was from Chicago, IL to Miami, FL. It took them 20 days to deliver it. A few pieces were broken. Then I got someone else's pieces too. Overall, it wasn't a good experience. I had to reach them. The person that I had to get in touch with that was handling my account was on vacation for four to five weeks. That's a long vacation. It wasn't a pleasant experience. I wouldn't use them again.

The stress of moving is too much, but they made it so much easier for me and my family. This was our first move in the last 14 years and last time was when my wife and I were in college :)

My kids had an easier time than expected with this process and I believe we've made the right decision when choosing North Star.

I recently hired Northstar for an in- State move and I have to say they were a little overpriced but worth the extra money.If you shop around maybe you will find a cheaper rate but they will not do the job that these guys did.My transition was easy and I did not have to deal with all the headache that other companies give you.Thank you and it was a pleasure doing bussiness with you.

I recently moved from Chicago to Austin and I hired Northstar Moving .I just wanted to thank the whole team for the amazing job they did.They went above and beyond to make sure everything was going ok .They kept me updated about the whole process.Their price was fair and their service was outstanding.

I had to relocate for my work, and i had to leave ahead of time, Northstar moving transportation company did all the job perfectly in a good manner of time. they were accurate in time, price as nothing was added to the bill and all my furniture arrived in excellent condition. i loved there service. in addition my old apartment was clean after they moved all the stuff, and kept the new apartment clean to.
