AVOID!!!!



By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced! My company used SLS several times without indecent for transporting clients, but then they stared making unauthorized charges on a credit card that we had removed from the account. We removed the card because it was an employee's personal card he had used for a separate trip. When we needed to book an extended trip that cost about several thousand dollars, we switched the account to a company card. When the charges started rolling in, though, they still used his personal card, thereby overdrawing his account. Mistakes happen, so when I called to sort it out I wasn't really upset. That changed when no one in customer service, management or accounting would answer the phone. The only people who answered were in dispatch, but they had no way to correct the issue. Despite emailing and calling literally dozens of times, no one would respond. I finally convinced the dispatch person to give me the owner's cell number, and when he answered he was absolutely rude. No apology, no credit back to cover the overdraft charges, nothing. Just a "we'll take care of it." It then took them two days to refund the charges and during that time, again, no response from anyone. Once I finally got the accounting person on the phone, I asked them to remove all records of the card to prevent future charges. They assured me this was done and that the issue would not arise again. Since this was mid-trip, we still had more charges going through, several of which still went on the wrong card. Again, the same run-around to get the charges reversed.



Obviously, we stopped using them. This was back in July and we haven't used them since, but then this week another charge was made on our employee's personal card again! Same response. No answer from management for days, even the owner, whose number I kept just in case, would not answer. I left so many messages over the course of five days that both he and the accountant's voicemail box filled up. It's day five, and I'm still trying get it sorted out.



By the way, the drivers they contract with are all very professional. We had no issue with them at all. That said, I highly recommend booking with a local company (where ever local is for your trip) to avoid dealing with these people.
