I had my condo cleaned for the first time by Skymaid and I would hire them again as the maid did a good job and I had nothing to complain about. My entire house is so clean and smells fresh. I am satisfied customer.

We've been using Skymaids for about a year and they do a great job.  They always  come in teams of at least 2, so they done quickly.  The best thing is that they assigned you with same cleaning staff so that it will be convenient for us to not keep on giving cleaning instruction every visit. Such a great help.

After reading all the positive reviews online, I decided to give Skymaid a try. The cleaners arrived on time and asked to be walked around my condo. Well, considering my place is only 500 sq. feet, that didn't take long, but I am totally satisfied their work.

I've worked with a few cleaners in Chicago and Skymaids stands out. Their team is thorough in their cleaning and customer service is fantastis--responsive, understanding and accommodating. The cleaners came at the wrong time one time by mistake and he offered me 20% off of my next cleaning.. very accommodating though.

I booked online in Skymaid to clean my rental apartment, which had been recently vacated by an untidy tenant with cat that apparently shed like crazy. Scheduling and getting an estimate was easy and and the ladies on the phone were friendly, professional, and inspired confidence that the job would be done well. I didn't even bother calling anyone else. I just follow my instinct and I am not wrong they exceed beyond my expectation.

I highly recommend Skymaid, their staff is professional and friendly every time I call them for an appointment. The cleaners are particularly thorough- they even clean the smallest item in the kitchen!! This company is great.

My friend recommended me to try Skymaid and I've contacted them online and now I've used their service twice now and I couldn't ask for anything better. They are so easy to book, punctual, professional, and the apartment is gleaming! The price is incredibly low for the quality we've gotten. I cannot recommend this service highly enough!

The Skymaid Services provides a very unique and thorough cleaning. Always arriving in a supervised team of 2 maids to ensure the home is left spotless.

Our assigned maids were very keen eye to cleanliness, very pleasant to talk with and do the work deligently.

Skymaids is very different from other cleaning services I've tried in the past, the girls was so pleasant to talk with and very knowledgeable how to clean the entire home.

DO NOT GO TO SKYMAIDS!!!!!! They are very disorganized and even make you pay for parking without telling you. I had vendor parking and if they asked I would have informed them free of charge. I had recurring service and was charged regular price plus parking. When I was given a credit for being overcharge the following service did not know and did not honor it the day of. Management was never available when needed. I have called, left messages and e-mails with no returned calls. I finally got someone on the phone today. Anthony claims he is the manger and the only one that can give credit. He has no common sense or customer service etiquette. He said the owners name is Natalie and that I was not allowed to speak with her. How do you run a business like this? He claims I should have asked where they were going to park. First of all, the maids show up at your door without calling first and they leave without mentioning how they got there! That is the business responsibility not mine. Had they called or confirmed they would have known where to park. Overall, not worth the stress. If you can't trust the organization how do you trust them with your place? Bad Business will never grow into success. That is too bad they lost another customer. DO NOT GO TO SKYMAIDS AND RISK POOR SERVICE ALL AROUND. Anthony, does not care about this review as he said "We are not part of the BBB and do not care for it". Good Luck and Good Riddance.

The cleaning was merely adequate and they broke a ceramic piece without ever acknowledging it in any way. Things like this happen and we would have been more than understanding, however leaving the broken pieces on the floor without even letting us know is just unacceptable. This was in a guest bath, rarely used, so we didn't even find it right away. The piece in question was a large ceramic piece from one of our trips and so has sentimental value. This was our first experience with Skymaids and will definitely be our last. Not impressed.

I had a bad experience with another company and decided to try skymaids cleaning service, based on the great reviews. I am SO happy I did! The ladies do a wonderful job. It is such a pleasure coming home after work to a sparkly clean condo.Thanks skymaids again

I was not as luck as the other reviewers. One of my main areas I wanted to get cleaned were the shower/tub. Even though the lady spent 2hrs in there, they were not clean. And no, my showers are not that terrible. I have cleaned them my self before, and I cleaned them after them with just a magic eraser. They say they come back if you are not happy, I called them back, but it was just a cover up. they did not even bring their supplies and asked me if I had any. I as I did not, they just left. I would not call them back!
