The Signature Lounge located on the 96th floor of the Hancock Tower has by far the best views of the entire city of Chicago. You could not ask for a more relaxing environment. The drink prices are higher but that is obviously expected since the premium is for the view ! If you are visiting Chicago, you must stop here for a drink and appetizer !

The Signature room is where my son wanted to celebrate his 21st birthday. We went for the wonderful view, but found the service and food wonderful as well. We were seated at a corner window table and had great views of the city. There were seven of us, six ordered filets and one salmon. The salads, soups and entrees were all very good. They really made the evening special bringing the birthday boy a fresh fruit sundae with chocolate writing on the plate. The dinners cost about $100.00 per person including 2 drinks per person, coffee, tax and tip. Not the place we would go to often, but was wonderful for a special occasion. Our waiter was a joy, he has worked there for many years, had great advice, and a great sense of humor. We really loved the place. If you want to have a window table on a Saturday night, make reservations no later than 6:00.

Very bad experience first time at the room just for drinks where there are non reserved tables. Some tables are close to the window to get a view of the city. When those tables become available people jump to those seats. My wife and myself were next for this table in line by the window and we were presently sitting right next to the table.When we moved to the table and sat down, a "waitress" told us we could not sit there, this is her table and we were rudely removed from the table. The "waitress was very nasty and putting on a show. All of the surrounding tables were looking at us and we were humiliated. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. We felt like bums from the street.We did not finish our drinks and left.My wife has been their many times and before, and these seats are first come first serve seating in this area.What a low class operation.This could have been handled in a professional manner. But the embarrassment to wife and myself was priceless.

This has to be one of the places you must visit if your from out of town to appreciate Chicago and the great view because there's nothing like it anywhere the food and drinks are good not the best but no one in Chicago can give you the best view of Chicago either.

We went for a special occasion and it perfect! Be sure to make reservations in advance. The ambiance and view was breathtaking. The service was amazing, and the food was excellent. Try the duck spring roll appetizer - everyone at my table wished they had ordered it too. Pricey, but worth it for our the quality, experience, and special occasion.
