if you like living with rats, rent with seminary! these people seem to specialize in being the greediest most clearly money-oriented people i’ve ever met. so much so, that the property manager himself was LIVID and fought two people’s gas employees who were fixing a potentially fatal gas leak in our home, but ya know, that’s landlords for ya! stay away, stay away, stay away.

Unfortunately I did not do my research on the property owners, since I went through Apartment finders. I read your review and the many others posted on YELP. I was shocked to see everyone facing similar problems with Sam. When you say get everything in writing, do you recommend doing that every time I encounter a problem and ask them to fix something, or before moving in the unit (paint, fix any broken fixtures). I just want to prepare for the worst! Thanks for alerting all those who are thinking signing with this company. I wish there was a way I can get out of my lease.
