I went in for tires and was told it would take two hours. It took three and a half. During installation, two parts of my car were broken. One part was replaced that day, the other they had to order. After receiving the call that the part was in, I went to have the part replaced but the mechanics hadn't come in to work yet. I returned the next Saturday and had to wait for a half hour while the manager (!) walked around, finished the order ahead of me, sent a text message(!) and went on his break. Luckily, an employee with a brain saw this going on as she walked in to start her shift. She punched in and took great care of me.

So if you choose to go, the women who work in the morning will do their job and everyone else will treat you like a dirty, smelly sock. And the mechanics will break your car (whenever they show up to work).
