Me and my family have purchased over 10 cars over the years from here. Best customer service, financing was extremely fast and simple. Out of all the cars over the years, we never had a problem except once and it was something simple, they took care of it without hesitation.

I am so overwhelmed with there customer service, they are really nice people to deal with. Honestly I felt like family all thanks to David, he's the man to see if your looking for your next used car, I will always recommend people there!!

The only problem I had was with the Civic shortly after I bought it, which involved a strut mount. HOWEVER, I sent them the repair bill (@ $350) and a letter, and THEY PROMPTLY REIMBURSED ME, which I found to be extremely professional. I would definitely go back

I've bought two cars from these guys: a 2006 VW Touring and a 2007 Honda Civic. They're very friendly, and actually have decent cars.

The entire team took care of us while buying a car from S&M. They offered us an honest price for the car we bought. S and M also gave us what we asked for on our trade in. The transaction went very smoothly and after the sale they have been available to answer all of our questions.

The car i bought was nice with low mileage, overall I love the car I went to the location on 57 & western.

They fixed a leak in the valve cover gasket the same day we were there to look at the car. They also replaced a missing knob for the side mirrors. I would purchase another vehicle from this dealer.

My interaction was only thru phone and email. But I received adequate responses to all questions, they also sent a copy of car fax via email.

The car i bought was nice with low mileage but the customer service was poor the manager was on the phone while dealing with me so it was like a back and forth thing so I really disliked like .one of the guys that was showing me the cars was a flirt like dude keep it professional but overall I love the car I went to the location on 57&western..
