Arrogant owners, little English, does a poor job cleaning, ironing and always leaves staples in my clothes, seems only concerned with charging customers higher than normal prices. Stay away!!

Brought two cashmere coats a Burberry scarf and a Hugo Boss shirt in. Coats were fine but the Burberry scarf was ruined. White Hugo Boss shirt was still stained. Alright, they told me they would try to fix the scarf. Came back and the scarf, which is a cashmere blend felt like worsted wool. They ask to try again. Do I look stupid?! Apparently so because they said I lack common sense if I think my scarf would look like how I brought it in. No, I expected it to be cleaned!!! Will never come back! Not only was my favorite scarfed ruined but I was also insulted to boot. Cannot handle any precious items at all.
