Went in to get 1000 fliers printed for my business (with an existing template that needed updating) The first time I came in to pick up my fliers a simple grammar mistake was made, they agreed the mistake was made on there behalf and agreed to reprint with corrections. Upon completion, 4 days later, i return to pick up my fliers again, and once again another mistake was made. This time a more serious mistake was made, the address in which my customers were suppose to mail their checks was wrong. I came back to this location a little more aggravated with the poor attention to detail hoping they would once in for all fix their mistake, and this time they refused to reprint with correction claiming they we "losing out" and also refused to refund my order. They took absolutely no responsibility for their actions and now they set me back 2 weeks, and not only am i now late in the distribution of my fliers, I'm back to square 1 with no fliers and $60 short. Never Again!
