I'm confused about all the bad reviews. We went on Saturday and had a great experience. The owner's son helped us, taking us around the store and giving the drill about all their bunk bed styles and then left us alone to walk around. Once we made a decision he took us upstairs to the clearance items and we purchased the same book shelf we found downstairs for 1/2 off that he recommended we buy instead. I had done a ton of research online and their prices are about the same except you get your furniture in less than a week rather than 4-6 weeks. Their furniture is also made from maple not pine or veneer. It's very rare to find solid wood furniture these days. Our items come today so I have no review for that experience or how it holds up. We had a wonderful experience shopping. They don't have a ton of different styles because they are the manufacturer. Do your research and you'll see that all manufacturers only have a few styles. If you want more options go to a retailer who sells multiple manufacturers. Then wait 4-6 weeks for your furniture.
