This man is nice to you only when taking your money but when you switch to another company he is very rude, he hung up on me when I was trying to understand why he is such a liar, he took my money from the account without any authorization, my bank charged me NSF fee for that, the policy expired, new company send a fax with a cancelation notice and he still wants his commission so he took my money,

beware of this man!!
