The Academy Superintendent Mr. Biela is always at meetings. I requested to talk to him in more than one occasion, but was always told he was at a meeting or gone for the date. I was never contact by Mr. Biela or any school personnel to schedule such a meeting. Some of the teachers, not all, try to help my son when he needed extra help and communicate with me on the phone and by e-mail. While others will rely on lies to get students in trouble for instead Mr. Fogel will say that by touching the TIP of a pen while on his shirt is "stealing". Mr. Dork the Dean had the audacity to call me one time, and since I did not agree with him, he hangs up the phone on me. I never received an apology for his behavior. Last but not least Commander Tooker interesting person he spend several years in the Navy and on my opinion he is not mentally stable. He likes disrespecting the student by getting on their face and pushing locker door with his foot. He still thinks he is at the Navy. Their mission statement says as follow:



"The Mission of Rickover Naval Academy is to enable cadets to excel academically, develop a sense of personal responsibility, engage in meaningful leadership training and have experiences and opportunities that will prepare them for post-secondary education and provide a foundation for future success."





My son sign up for an education, he did not get one, instead he received a horrible military treatment. Charter schools in the United States are primary or secondary schools that receive public money (and like other schools, may also receive private donations) but are not subject to some of the rules, regulations, and statutes that apply to other public schools. Watch out people! Not subject to some of the rules, regulations, and statutes that right there calls for trouble. That is why they do not care about a relationship with the parents.
