This is the best bakery ever! They made my wedding cake, not only did it taste delicious, it was beautiful, and it was custom made to my specs! And it tasted as good as it looked. We order all of our Birthday and holiday cakes from there as well, they have the best buttercream frosting. And whoever said they sell the cakes unrefridgerated from the window is crazy... Thise are for demonstration and have been the same for quite a while.I would give more than 5 stars.

I just ordered a cake from them for my Daughters 2nd Bday and what a debacle! They got the design wrong (which they admitted) and quoted me the wrong size cake! I asked for a cake for 25 people and got a monster that served 40! When I called to tell them I was upset the "Manager" basically said yes they got the design wrong but my wife took the cake, not even an apology! When I said but the design was wrong she again repeated my wife didn't complain! When I complained about the size she gave me the 18 year old who took my order and then refused to talk to me again! I had until today always bought cakes here but no more they are a poor excuse for a business! A good but very over priced bakery poorly managed you can live without!

this is one of the best descriptions ive seen about a cake shop since ive been searching for one to do my wedding cake. i'm going to for sure come by and check it out.

i agree with you rowchick , when i go in there never have anything i want go in for a last minute birthday cake never have what i need end up at jewels , and maybe we came from the same place but i had better cake from a box !!!!!

Reuter's is a bakery that still does things the way bakeries did when I was a kid in the 60s. Bakeries like this are fast disappearing. Nice sweet rolls, cakes, bread. Their cake decorators do a real nice job with the airbrush. 40 years ago this place might not have stood out too much but now it's like a breath of fresh air, after most of the great bakeries have closed in the wake of supermarkets and Dunkin' Donuts.

Reuter's is a dependable, solid bakery. I have been buying their coffee cakes, bread and other baked goods for many years and I've never been disappointed. If we really want to impress dinner guests with dessert, we'll buy Reuter's chocolate eclairs. They never fail to bring smiles and grunts of delight. Reuter's sells quality products.
