I paid $1,400 for Frank and his team to fix a water leak on my roof. After coming out 4 times and the leak actually getting worse, Frank and I agreed that the woukd refund me $1,000 of the $1,400. They asked for 10 monthly installments of $100. To date I have been paid $200 and every payment is late. The 3rd payment is now 15 days late after they continue to tell me it is on the way. Be very careful dealing with this company. Simply trying to protect you from getting taken advantage of.
