I was behind on my mortgage and I needed help to avoid foreclosure. I called and spoke with Marc, who came out the next day to my home. We met for about an hour and I felt comfortable with him. I was very suprised when 6 weeks later he found a buyer for my home. His wife Iva then took over and negotiated with the bank. I was very afraid that the bank would say no, because the loss on my house was over $100,000. I was so relieved when Iva called me to tell me that the bank agreed to the short sale, and that I would be getting $1000 from them to help with my moving costs. This allowed me a fresh start.

In January, 2011 I contacted a “sort sale specialist” Marc & Iva Shudnow to sell my condo on Lake Shore Drive in Chicago’s east Lake View area prior to a potential foreclosure. The agent Marc Shudnow entered my apartment, but strangely never looked around or asked any questions pertaining to the sale. He talked about religion for approximately for 45 minutes and before he left he convinced me I owed him $1,200 which he collected from me on the spot. Afterwards he sort of disappeared from the scene and let me discuss any issues with his wife, Iva primarily in the form of email. The problem was her written English was so bad that everything he wrote was misspelled and the length of replying to my periodic email was always less than three or four words. At that point I stopped doing business with her and of course Marc quickly became the invisible man. Cetrainly I would not do business with Remax again. I’m just wondering how many people has this predator managed to scam in the past ?

I was scared to put my home up knowing I was way negative. I called and spoke to Mark. He was very knowledgable and I decided to list with him. Iva and him really helped me out. Thank you both so much. You got me out.

When I lost my job, and couldn't find one for over 6 months, I decided that I needed to get out of my home. The problem was that I was way below water on my home. I estimated it to be about $40,000. I started researching people, and contacted several. When I ran across Marc & Iva's site, I felt better. After meeting with Marc, I (for the first time in months) felt better. I had confidence, that I would be able to avoid foreclosure. They helped me through everything. I ended up short selling the house with a loss of $46,000, and didn't even have to pay the bank back. I am so happy. Thank you both so much.

Marc & Iva were just great. They helped us out of our 2 mortgages (Bank of America and Wells Fargo). There communication was awesome, and in the end, we got out. They saved us from Foreclosure and Bankruptcy. Thanks so much
