DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!!! We did business with this company once and as a company decided not to business with them again, we felt not many people were reached because of the time it aired and the AM station it aired on. HOWEVER over a year later they, WITH OUT AUTHORIZATION, issued a charge to our credit card that they had from our previous purchase. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED. Fortunately we caught the charge on our credit card statement before the commercial aired and called them immediately. I spoke with Micheal Moore who confirmed the "error" and promised a credit would be issued back to our credit card company. I called our credit card company to inform them this charge, if not credited with be disputed, and she was able to monitor the activity of the credit. 3 weeks after I spoke with Micheal, I received a called from my banks merchant services who informed me the credit was still not issued. I immediately called him back. His response was that he would have to get into contact his owner, the only one who preforms credits/refunds. He was asked to supply me with an email validating that the credit was taking place, HE DID NOT FOLLOW through! 2 weeks later I receive a call from my banks merchant services letting me know that STILL the credit was not issued. I then immediately called Micheal who told me his owner is in California and will not be back for some time. This issue is STILL NOT RESOLVED. The lack of professionalism Micheal and his owner have shown would indicate that they are not a reliable company. I would consider not working with this company, your money would be better spent ANYWHERE ELSE!

We advertisedwith this company two years running...The first year got not one call from the ad but figured it was for a good cause. So when theycalled the following year I also agreed to advertise again and they said invoice would be mailed out sometime in January. On January 3rd started recevining calls to collect this invoice, advise them that I wouild be mailing a payment within a few weeks...things got slow and that I needed to collect on some of my outstanding invoices...I got sick was off work one week, I come back and my personal debit card had been prcessed or 234.00 without my approval (they had it on file from previous year) and then refused to refund it back to me or extend it out for me to send a check...It was now the principal...So before you give this company your credit card info I would think long and hard....Yes, I know it was a debt I needed to pay but when they said "sometime in January" and I told them I would mail a check as soon as I could, they proceeded to charge my card un authorized , I might add....
