The level of disrespect and insensitivity after paying $12.00 for a car wash speaks to a blatant disregard on cultivating loyal customers. The vacumning of my car was totally insufficient and adding insult to injury, after going through the auto wash, my car was pulled to the side and the CAR BEHIND ME WAS GIVEN PRIORITY for finishing. Attempts to reconcile this situation with the person who claims to be the manager, and who qualifies as driver of a clown car. I'll never patronzie this ghetto mentality store front again. I'm sure another business will appreciate my money.
