I'm currently ending my business relationship with this company. The property manager has failed me in every regard. They failed to collect rents on time (i had to knock on tenants doors), they failed to follow up with delinquent tenants on a monthly basis, they failed to respond to maintenance requests. I had to submit names for evictions and had to follow up with them on statuses. Attorney bills were not fully disclosed after multiple attempts to understand the costs being incurred.



Even with access to my bank account (and its current balance) they attempted to issue checks and overdrew it by a thousand dollars.



Bottom line, find another property management company who will actually work for you and your property.

Horrible landlord. Never move in his buildings.

If you are used to poor and slow maintenance, water and gas disconnection and having a hard time retrieving security deposit, then this is the place for you. Allan, the landlord, will call you if your rent is late, but is very slow in returning your call if you have issues with maintenance or if you are trying to retrieve security deposit. I moved out 11/1/2007 and it is now 1/2/2008 and I have been unable to speak with Allan about the return of my security deposit. For the last 30 days the receptionist, Ms. Smith has stated that Allan is out of town. If you have a maintenance problem, it is hard to get someone to come on the weekends, as I was told repairs are done Mon-Fri 9-5, which is during the time I'm at work. The building I resided in at 2814 E. 78th Street is not moderate and also have appearances of mold in the bathroom shower. I received the buildings water bill, taxes, etc. in my mailbox all the time and I would forward this information to the office. When there was drug activity in the building, I informed the landlord and this is the thanks I get. Wow!
