Worst Experience EVER! Worst BODY SHOP Ever! Leroy is the most corrupt and disrespectful people I have ever met. I suggest buying and taking your car for service to any other place in the city. In a nut shell, they stole my car. Hopefully, I will file a civil lawsuit against this Eagle Collision/Primos Auto Repair (3909 W Grand Ave, Chicago). I have a tremendous amount of evidence against them, and Mcgrath is 100% responsible for this situation. I'm also filing consumer affairs and BBB complaints, as well as complaints with the ACURA CORPORATION. I leased a 2013 Acura ILX from Mcgrath Acura of Downtown. A semi truck rear ended me going 15 miles an hour and dented my bumper. I brought my car to MCGRATH ACURA OF DOWNTOWN to simply get my bumper repaired. The service advisor, Robert Buscemi, brought my car to Eagle Collision, which when you go to the body shop has a sign that says Primos Auto Repair. This shop is in a very bad neighborhood of chicago and it is littered with gangs, drugs, and violence. Make a long story short. Leroy at Eagle Collision decided to fix my entire car, every inch of it, so now my bill is about 4,000 dollars, instead of 800 for a simple new bumper. Leroy and Rob Buscemi (MCGRATH) and Noble Jones (MCGRATH), don't understand what they did. Now, McGrath Acura and Eagle Collision wont return my car to McGrath of Downtown. Leroy and Eagle collision wont release it. And to make things better, they only want cash. Leroy sent me an email saying "Dear Customer: Your invoice-4486 for 3,895.40 is attached. Please remit payment at your earliest convenience. BECAUSE OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES ONLY CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. Thank you for your business - we appreciate it very much. Sincerely, EAGLE COLLISION INC. 7737721208" This dealership is horrible and it is known to be corrupt amongst my family, I guess I made a mistake and will learn from it. I never thought a dealership in downtown chicago would steal my car. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. And STAY AWAY FROM EAGLE COLLISION/PRIMOS AUTO REPAIR.
