I was a total wedding bridezilla (i can admit it now!) during my wedding planning process. Prime Food Caterers rolled with the punches when I changed my mind a thousand and one times about the menu, they also gave great advice about our choices. With Eduardo and the team's help, the food and drink was the last thing on my mind during our special day; it was seamless. I can't thank them enough for their flexibility, creativity and friendliness. They never seemed agitated or annoyed with my requests. My mother and Eduardo even surprised us with something we would have never thought of-- but absolutely LOVED-- an ice cream sundae bar after we had wedding cake! I felt inclined to write a review about Prime Food's amazing service!

Wonderful! An overall great experience with a very professional company. The service was superb and the food was even better! I would recommend Prime Food Caterers to everyone-- they will definitely be catering our next event.

I hired Prime Food Catering (Eduardo) for my wedding and they were terrible. Just terrible. They were on the Chicago Park District preferred list. Not only were they two hours late, the food was horrible and cold, the service was hands down the worst I have ever seen. They didn't even have water to give to my guests. Eduardo was so rude, did a terrible job and then tried to overcharge me at the end of the night. He even complained about his tip, so I took the tip away and gave nothing. I received so many complaints from guest/family/friends. I am horrified that this company did this to us on our wedding day. And let me tell you, it wasn't cheap by any means. Do not use them, especially for a wedding. The worst.
