I've used this cleaners a few times trying to give them a chance. More than once the clothes were not ready when stated and on two occasions they did not have a piece because the person who brings the clothes in left it. As well the lady at the counter, does not have the best attitude. I will never use this cleaners again. The last straw was yesterday. I dropped off my work uniform, work sweater and my sons uniforms (three polos) at eight in the morning. She said come back at 530, upon getting there, the clothes were not ready, she said six. Once he got there, they were missing one of my sons polos. The only explanation was they didn't have it. I was offered no discount or apology. I tried to support a local black business, but apparently not this one.
