Some things get worse with age.

I was a loyal customer to this establishment sense it first opened for business, because it was and still is the only restaurant in the neighborhood and the food was very good.

That is until about a year ago...there standards started to drop, what once was a decent pizza crust started to taste like raw dough and the mozzarella cheese was beginning to have a funky taste to it.

But I continued to eat their because like I said it's the only place in the neighborhood...but about six months ago I phoned in a order for a Italian beef sandwich with sweet and hot peppers topped with mozzarella cheese.

They said to pick it up in 20 minutes, when I got there I still had to wait another 20 minutes...when I finally got home I noticed the rapper seem like it was opened and closed a few times, the beef was cold, the cheese was not melted, the one sweet pepper they did give me was raw...the sandwich was absolute garbage!

I was so disappointed I swore I would never go to that place again.

I estimate the owner of this establishment has lost $520 a year of my business.
