I needed a front axle replaced on my Subaru. While searching the web for reputable service to do said work, I came across Pong's on n Clark st. Pong's had many 5 star reviews so I decided to check them out. On the way to the shop, I stopped at 4 other garages for quotes to compare. Pong's estimate was $50.00 cheaper than the lowest of all others.

Price isn't everything though, their shop was also the neatest and most organized. I agreed to the estimate and was told it would be ready in 3 hours. A little over 2 hours later I received a call that my car was ready (nice surprize). They saved the old part and showed me the problem with the old axle.After talking to the manager? owner? (sorry I forgot his name) I found out that I could have saved almost $700. on a clutch replacement I had done at the Sube dealer.

Bottom line Great servive and price. I will be recomending Pong's to all my friends
