I started pole dancing this year and like that is a very unusual workout and has been more inspiring in my quest to become more fit and try new things. After checking out some of the other louder studios I would highly recommend Pole Velocity and Fitness and am a little afraid that classes here will start becoming much more crowded (like the other studios) once more people discover this place. Class variety is excellent, there are numerous locations and I have improved greatly in a very short amount of time. I have nothing but good things to say about Angela.
