Provided by YP.comI love Chinese food and this place just made my Top 5 list for the country. The food was delicious, the venue was very scenic and the experience was pretty cool! I would highly recommend this place to others.

Provided by SuperpagesI don't know of a better dim sum restaurant in the USA, besides which you get great views of the downtown Chicago skyline. The dumplings are splendid, the origional art works on the walls are both beautiful and educational, and lunchtime prices are moderate. One stop from downtown via the El, or park nearby in several lots. I've even found on street parking occasionally in front or across the street. While most of the diners here appear to be Asian, enough Euro and African Americans will be present that your minority status won't make you a singleton. Ok dining for women alone, elevator for disabled persons. As I live in Wisconsin, Chicago's Chinatown is usually on the way home from a conference or vacation and I make a point of pulling off at the Phoenix on the way home.
