I have never had a problem with this place

where express lines aren't express.

where poeple don't respect 10 items or less!

where people can't read

where people don't understand the language

and

managers don't give a sh*t !!!!!!

shopped there a few times and each time was a bad experience. at one time they had a sign advertising a food for a price but when I went to checkout it came out a different price. well the cashier asked a helper to check the sign and she came back saying there was nothing there when I saw it there. Well it turns out that the helper took the sign down when she went to go "look" at the price. Shameful. Also the level of service there is mediocre at best; that is if you're mexican.
