A 50.00 overcharge mistake was made while I shopped. That was 2 weeks ago ! I was advised to call the suburban headquarters, because this store couldn't correct the mistake the cashier made. I'm still waiting, for the overcharge to be corrected.

The mistake was made on 7/5/16, yet today is 7/19/16. This is indeed unprofessional, poor customer service management.

I will stop to shop for groceries there, They have two guys employees walking around and harassing women. Very nasty!

everyone doesnt have a cell phone

I recently shopped at petes and was ticked off to learn they dont let customers use the phone to call a taxi.I had to find a very nice customer to ask if they wouldnt mind calling the number for me.I guess ill stick to jewel where customer service is a priority.Way to lose a customer Pete.
