The Worst Possible service

I own a 2008 Lincoln Navigator. This is the first time I used this dealership for service. Service department guys were disrespectful, not helpful, and their knowledge levels were poor.

1. I was told to bring the car in on any work day. When I brought it in on Friday morning I was sent home as they do not take cars over the weekend. The garage has to make money in parking and my vehicle would reduce their income. They did not care about my time of the fact I wanted to leave the car before leaving for the holiday.

2. Since the car had to be brought back and I was going out of town I asked a friend to drop the car off to the service. After he dropped it off he called me stated he was treated very poorly as well. The guys were not helpful. He complained about Carlos.

3. When the car was brought in they refused to cover things that are definitely under warranty. I have a couple of minor rust spots so what they told me is that rust is only covered for first 30 days.

I have a crack in the leather seat and they call it normal wear and tear. I have had something similar happen to my BMW which Perillo BMW took care of and gave me a loaner while fixing it.

The service manager Carlos was abrupt and rude to me for no apparent reason

4. I received a very rude phone call from Carlos on Tuesday, 4th of January at 3.10PM. It was a first call of a message I have received and Carlos started the conversation with following words: WHY ARE YOU NOT ANSWERING YOUR PHONE. I HAVE CALLED YOU FIVE TIMES. IF YOU DON’T PICK UP THE CAR BY 7PM I WILL CHARGE YOU $40 PER DAY. I was taken back and stated that I never received any messages. Carlos continued: THE CAR IS DONR SINCE YESTERDAY. YOU ARE COSTING US MONEY.

5. When I went back to pick up the car no one explained what was completed. They gave me a report but no one seemed to have the time to explain the work performed.

6. I have owned BMW, Mercedes, Nissan, Dodge, Honda, and Toyota. I have dealt with several dealers and have never been treated so poorly as in this dealership.

The worse service possible

I bought a vehicle from ths dealership and it was like pulling teeth to get stuff done. They refuse to let you register your own vehicle and they do it their self but you have to keep hounding them to get the paperwork to you so you can show proof you have registered your vehicle. After the sale the salesman doesnt want to and will not assist you. Will never buy from again and beware if you do
