New operator, old story. Had a car wash today, not worth two bits, and my handicap permit place-card grew appendages and walked away. The operator; Noah Medina said he reviewed the security camera tape, but did not see anything. Offered to rewash vehicle, and stated that the man on tape takes a bus to work.

Sure, have another shot. I did not have a shovel with me.
