I couldn't log on my lap top so I took it in to The Pc Detectives June of 2011. I picked it up the next day and yes it logged on but I had no sounds and my Cam no longer worked. I called and spoke with a guy named Nate who told me to call back the next day and he would direct me over the phone how to reset my sounds and Cam.... Pissed poor service... Find somewhere else to have your system serviced
