She also started thinning out my hair with thinning shears and when I asked her what she was doing, she told me my hair was "too thick and I needed it." I responded that I did not ask to have my hair thinned out. With an attitude she said "Well have you ever had it done before." For which I responded yes, and that the last time I had it done, I did not like the result. This was the worst hair cutting experience I have ever had. On top of that, the place was filthy!
