To say Park Place Music has good customer service is an understatement.I was in a serious bind. I'm an actor who had come to Chicago for some auditions and one of them--at the last minute--requested I play clarinet since it was listed on my resume. Worse, my clarinet was home in Seattle and they refused to let me audition if I couldn't find a clarinet. I called countless music stores in and around Chicago and responded to nearly ever clarinet ad on craigslist. Not only Park Place Music have a clarinet for me to rent they gave me a reduced rate because I only needed it for a few days.Naturally they asked for a deposit, and when I didn't see a refund on my credit card, Sue bent over backwards to figure out why Merchant Services hadn't transferred the funds to my account (she had already credited my card and gave me a receipt).So nice. So kind. You have to go here. No question.

This place is great!! They were very polite and very helpful very attentive. My son was sized to his first perfect electric guitar. This shop has everything you need . It definitely doesnt get better then this. Im very happy with the choice ive made. GREAT PLACE.

My children have been studying at Park Place for 2 years. We are very happy with the results. They are progressing very quickly and love to practice. Their teachers really make learning fun. Lesson prices are very affordable.
