If you want real customer service then come to this store. We have shopped here for years and will continue for a very long time. The owners and staff really are knowledgeable and care about their animals as well as the people who come thru the door. They always remember my kids names. I wish we had more places like this.

Okay, I'm a little biased being an owner (Jim Jr.) but seriously, you have got to come in. The shop is well worn, with customer traffic, of course, but you will enjoy your stay while visiting anything from tarantulas and puppies to hamsters, birds, and kittens. Our freshwater fish venue is extensive, and we do special orders for just about anything on the planet. We also stock marine fish and corals. Healthy animals, and a well versed staff will accompany your visit. Keep us in mind for your next grooming appointment or aquarium servicing appointment. We also customize aquariums in glass and acrylic. Bring the kids as we are the best zoo on the south side of Chicago.Take care, and thank you for keeping us around since 1958!
