Provides referral services for all things involving a neighborhood. This organization of block clubs & stakeholders has been around since 1948 when the City of Chicago Covenant Agreement was lifted. It is historically known as one of the first African American Community Organizations in the history of Chicago and documented in a publication called "Call Me Neighbor, call me friend by the late Dr.Philip Johnson, former pastor of Salem Lutheran Church during racial, turbulent times in the Park Manor Community.
