I took my cat in for a lion cut on a Fri. By Wed my cat wasn't acting right. I lifted his arm and he had a huge wound under his armpit. Now, I understand that accidents happen. Had I been told that he had been cut or nicked, I could have watched it. The owner did nothing but tell me that I couldn't prove that they cut or nicked him (The vet could only say there was a wound by the time I noticed there was something wrong.), and therefore they could not be held accountable. They didn't even seem to care that the cat was injured. Let's see, he's been going to a groomer for almost three years every few months and never had a problem. He goes to your salon and comes home with a wound in his armpit, that you insist happened elsewhere. I feel it's important to warn others. Don't trust your pets to this business.

Update: I just left my cat at the Vets so they can monitor and tend to his wound for a week. The infected wound was getting bigger and bigger and he was losing patches of flesh. The Vet said it's clipper burn. I called to tell the owner and she was belligerent, insisted it wasn't their fault and hung up on me.
