I've been a resident in Zone 4 located at 4720-28 S. Drexel Blvd since May, 2013, and I've written and attached photos of trash being left on the top back porch by my neighbor living in 4728 S. Drexel Boulevard on several occasions to the Pangea's Resident Portal. Written in the lease document under the "Pangea Rules and Regulations," line #11 states: Lessee (tenant) shall dispose of garbage and refuse by securely bagging or wrapping same and disposing of it in designated garbage containers (located on the back side of the building in the alley, two to be exact), or incinerators. I've sent another notice to Zone 4 on 7-22-14 at 10:40 a.m Please resolve this issue that been written about for several months.
