Ozinga Chicago RMC is a division of Ozinga Bros., which began its operation out of Chicago s south suburbs in 1928. Ozinga produces and delivers ready-mix concrete to customers and job sites throughout Chicagoland and northern Indiana. Ozinga maintains three separate headquarters: Ozinga Illinois RMC in Mokena, Ill.; Ozinga Chicago RMC in Chicago; and Ozinga Indiana RMC in Gary, Ind. The Chinatown Yard 7 plant is one of three locations in the Chicago group. All Ozinga locations maintain a fleet of front discharge mixer trucks that consist mainly of Oshkosh and Advance mixers. Customers recognize Ozinga cemet trucks by their red and white candy stripe drum. Ozinga also owns and operates a bulk-transportation company that services the chemical, environmental and construction industries.
