I've been a patient here for several years. Appointments are promptly on time and end when promised. The staff and Doctor Kralj are always extremely friendly and professional (always a pleasant smile on their faces)l. Having been afraid of the dentist all my life, this has changed my experience altogether. I look forward each visit. The office does not smell like medicine or the usual dentist office scary stuff, you don't hear drills or see people wincing, the atmosphere is that of a trendy hotel lounge with cool music playing in the background, with an super nice receiving area and fun magazines to peruse in case you arrive early. Each patient receives a private room with frosted glass door for privacy -- inside you won't find scary dentist tools lying around, everything is always neatly put away. Once you are comfortably seated you receive sunglasses to shield you from the bright light overhead and you can enjoy the music and a slide show on a flatscreen TV in front of you while you relax and wait for the friendly technician to clean your teeth or the doctor to come in. Every dental experience is so far removed from anything I've ever been through that I literally refer to ORA Dental as a "dance club for your teeth." I couldn't recommend them more. Had my cleaning last week and can't wait for the next appointment. OH, and after having received orthodontics recommendations from other dentists for tooth alignment for decades but shied away from braces, head gear, and scary attachments, I have been in ORA Dental's top-of-the-line Invisalign treatment and am almost finished: my teeth look fantastic! No head gear, no braces, no invasive treatments. My daughter also wanted to do Invisalign after my experience and she LOVED it! Also, they don't do WAX IMPRINTS, which always made me gag in the past, but a state-of-the-art digital camera system that takes photos of your teeth. I couldn't speak more highly of Ora Dental.
