It is expensive but that doesn't mean quality! Bought a Panama hat which developed a hole after only a hand full of wearings! The "repair" was over $100. and included scotch tape? Obviously that did not take but I was told that was all they could do to remedy a disaster of a gift. Arrogant, disinterested staff made matters much worse. No need to please here?

Amazing hat shop! A real Chicago find. You need to visit this place just to understand what a real hat should look like. All made on premises at their Beverly Location. Expensive but you can see the quality. Relaxed, knowledgeable staff. Didn't feel pressured to buy anything - but wish I could have. I'm saving up for a gift for my man.
