I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!

I went there to order busines cards. they told me they will call when they arrive in the store. after 3 weeks i went there in person after calling a few times. it turned out "SOMEBODY" gave them to "someone" without signature and date on the receiving sheet. How they can give my cards to the wrong person?!?!?! Now i am waiting another 2 weeks because they reorder them. yesterday i called to see if the cards are in the store and i got such an attitude from Nicole - that presented herself as manages, and Tamika a representative at Copy and Print. Tamika even hanged up the phone when i was arguing about the cards, or was putting me on hold without saying so, i was talking and all of a sudden nobody was listening and their music was on. I will go pick up my cards when they are ready and i will never go back there again.

Service is the worst!

I went here to exchange a tech product and the manager had to come out. She looked as if she was in the back sleeping, her attitude was awful and she was tremendously lazy. Her uniform was unkempt and her stomach was falling from the bottom as her shirt was coming undone from her pants. She wound up tossing my receipt in the garbage and when I went back for it for business purposes, she started dodging me. This store and the one on State Street are the worst customer service reps I have ever encountered I have cancelled my accounts with them and have sworn off of doing business with Office Depot in the future.
