If I can give no stars I would. They do not even deserve this one star. These people here are crooks and a waste of time. I went here at least 4 times and have waiter 2 plus hours in the waiting room each time. Not only do the doctors treat you like nothing more than a disease, but they are beyond unprofessional. I would not be writing this review until they pulled my last straw today. I called in to make sure that I can still come to my appointment today to get a refill on my prescription and to pick up my results of my tests. Not only did they not have my results (after a month wait) but they also said I need to pay 321 dollars. I have blue cross blue shield PPO. I have never paid more than 25 dollars for anything. When I asked for the bill they said it would be mailed to me and if I pay 50 dollars I can see the doctor. This started pulling red flags in my head. I was in the waiting for an hour in the waiting room till I went back to the receptionist and asked why have I waited her for an hour for a refill and a copy of my tests. The wannabe doctor aka the people in lab coats that are not certified tried giving me attitude. She finally goes to ask the real doctor for a refill and he said no. Then she asked the receptionist if I walked in an exam room to try to keep my money that I gave. They refunded me and I asked for a copy of my tests. THEY DO NOT HAVE THEM!! Seriously they took my blood, claimed my insurance did not pay my NORMAL ONCE A YEAR CHECK UP, and were overall rude. I have never heard a check up would cost 642 dollars and my insurance would only cover half. These people are a bunch of unprofessional liars.
