Always a great experience for me. All of the stylist there are friendly, knowledgeable about natural hair, & does a very good job to me. I've taken both of my children here as well & they loved their hair!

My daughter's hair was butchered in this salon by the stylist Nina on July 21. I came in for a quick twist and up do on my locks and was hustled by Nina to shape my daughter's Fro. I told her as I couldn't afford it and she continued to wash her hair for $10 dollars. While I was in the back under the dryer my daughter's hair was cut. WITHOUT my Permission, Nina took my daughter into her chair where I was not informed, asked or where I could even see what was happening. She CHOPPED her hair unprofessionally, unevenly, with clippers and more direct, she BUTCHERED it! She came in looking like a lil goddess with a great Fro and walked out looking like a boy. I have tried to reach out to Twanna Air and was offered a minimum service for a fee. I have been trying to resolute the issue for a month without resolve. I travel more then 50 miles to this shop for the natural hair cair
